Step 1: Reviewing Your Order Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Review this carefully to ensure all details, especially personalisation aspects, are correct.

  • Timeframe for Changes: Be aware that there is a limited timeframe in which changes can be made, particularly for personalised items. This is usually before the item enters the production phase.

Step 2: Making Changes to Your Order

  • Contact Customer Service Immediately: If you need to change something about your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Given the custom nature of our products, we'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't yet entered the personalisation process.

  • Changing Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address, get in touch with us. Changes can typically be made until the order is despatched.

Step 3: Adding or Removing Items

  • Adding Items: If you wish to add more items to your order, it might be necessary to place a separate order for the additional items.

  • Removing Items: To remove an item from your order, contact our customer service team. If the order has not been processed, we will be able to assist with this.

Step 4: Cancelling Your Order

  • Cancellation Policy: Understand that personalised items have a different cancellation policy compared to standard products. Cancellations are usually accepted only if the personalisation process has not started.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, reach out to our customer service team with your order number.

Step 5: Order Delays

  • Delays in Personalisation: Personalised items might take longer to prepare. If you experience a delay, please check your email for updates or contact us for information.

  • Actions on Delayed Orders: If your order is significantly delayed, we can provide options like continuing to wait, changing the item, or cancelling the order (if it hasn't been personalised yet).
