Step 1: Understanding the Timeframe

  • Act Quickly: Due to the nature of personalised products, time is of the essence. There is a short window, typically one hour, where modifications or cancellations are possible.

Step 2: How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

  • Contact Customer Service: As soon as you decide to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service team immediately. This can be done via email, using the contact information provided on our website.

  • Provide Order Details: When contacting us, please have your order number and details ready. This will help us process your request more efficiently.

Step 3: Modifying Your Order

  • Feasibility: Modifications depend on how far your order has progressed. We'll do our best to accommodate changes to things like personalisation details, quantities, or shipping addresses if the order hasn't been fully processed.

  • New Order Confirmation: If a modification is possible, we’ll confirm the changes and send you an updated order confirmation.

Step 4: Cancelling Your Order

  • Cancellation Policy: For non-personalised items, cancellations can usually be processed before the order is shipped. For personalised items, cancellations are subject to the production status.

  • Refunds: If the cancellation is confirmed, we'll process your refund as per our refund policy. The amount and time frame for the refund will depend on your original payment method.
