Expedited or Faster Delivery Requests

We do not offer expedited, express, or priority shipping.

As a personalised gift service, every order is made to order with care and attention. We often receive messages asking if we can deliver faster, especially for last-minute occasions. To avoid confusion and save you time, we want to be clear about how our delivery process works.

Expedited Delivery Is Not Available

  • We do not offer express, same-day, or priority shipping options.

  • We do not offer upgraded or alternative courier services.

  • It is not possible to request faster delivery, regardless of the occasion or urgency.

  • All orders are produced in the order they are received, with time allowed for quality personalisation and dispatch.

Why?

Every order is treated as urgent, priority, and express by default. This means we’re already working to get your personalised gift completed and delivered as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.

How Delivery Works

  • The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • This estimated date is also included in your email receipt.

  • You will receive tracking updates by email when your order is dispatched and as it moves through the delivery process.

What does "estimated" mean?
The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is calculated by our systems based on real-time production volumes, order queues, and current delivery performance from our couriers. It’s the most accurate forecast we provide at the time you place your order.

  • 99% of orders arrive by the estimated date, and many arrive earlier.

We’ll always aim to beat the estimate where possible but faster delivery cannot be requested or prioritised.

We do not guarantee delivery before the final estimated delivery date provided at checkout. We cannot advise you if your order will arrive earlier than estimated. The only delivery information our customer service team can provide is the estimated date you already received at checkout, along with the tracking updates you’ll receive by email once your order is dispatched. We do not have any additional information beyond what’s already provided to you.

No Manual Overrides

  • We cannot manually prioritise or speed up individual orders.

  • Due to the volume of enquiries, we are unable to respond to requests asking for faster delivery. Rest assured, every order is already being handled as efficiently as possible.
