How to Use Your One4All Voucher
To make a purchase with your One4All voucher, simply follow the steps you would for any credit or debit card payment during checkout:
Proceed to Checkout: After selecting your items, navigate to the checkout page.
Enter Payment Details: In the payment section, choose the Credit/Debit Card option.
Voucher Details: Input your One4All voucher number, expiry date, and CVV code exactly as they appear on your voucher.
Complete Your Purchase: Follow the prompts to finalise your order.
Important Guidelines for a Smooth Transaction
Balance Check: Before making a purchase, please ensure that your One4All voucher has enough balance to cover the total cost of your order. You can check your balance on the One4All website or by contacting their customer support directly.
Split Payments: Currently, we cannot support split payments for a single order. This means the total order amount must be covered by a single payment source. If your purchase exceeds the value of your One4All voucher, we recommend using another payment method for the entire transaction.
Refunds: In the event that you need a refund, please note that the amount will be credited back to your One4All voucher as the original payment source. Ensure you keep your voucher until you're certain you won't need a refund.
